Scaling Point consulting is for CEOs of growing technology businesses with between $500K-$5 in revenues that are struggling to grow revenues with marketing, align their teams, improve execution, and/or raise investment capital.
We typically work with B2B SaaS software companies or tech-enabled services companies that can grow big and have a national or global impact.
Who is it not for?
This program is not for startup founders who do not have a product or service in the market yet.
How does it work?
Scaling Point CEO Greg Head works directly with client CEOs and their teams. Engagements have three phases and typically last 2-3 months, depending on the complexity of the challenge and the amount of execution support needed.
